Refund Policy for Services & Products 



Thank you for your interest in Angel’s Lash & Microblading. Please take the time to read the information and policies below before booking an appointment with us.

All completed services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sales are final and not valid with any other offer or cash value. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products due to health reasons.

If you have old permanent makeup on your brows, please send us a clear picture of your eyebrows prior to booking. Some old permanent makeup may require removal. 

To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50 when booking online. 100% of the deposit will be credited towards the amount due on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, Venmo, Zelle, or card on the appointment day.

Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit. Please book wisely! We allow only ONE rescheduling of your appointment, and a notice of at least 2 days is required. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, we would either have to reschedule to the next available date/time or cancel. Note that you will also forfeit your deposit.

We do not allow guests or pets due to cross-contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brow technician must focus on a permanent tattoo procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio where your guest(s) may wait.

You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent.

If you have previous eyebrow tattoos, please text us a clear photo of your brows to (214) 609 8069 and get an approval BEFORE booking an appointment. If you fail to do so, we will refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited because not all previous tattoos from another artist can be fixed or covered. 

All results may vary per person depending on their skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken, and aftercare. Please read all information and policies to ensure you are properly informed.

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If a rescheduled touch-up appointment does not meet the time frame, touch-up fees will apply. Promotional price is non-transferable and is only applied for the month of your original booking.

We accept cash and almost all types of credit cards.
